* Parents who are interested to register their children to piano lessons in the school: 1.200.000/Month/Child; Ballet lessons in the school: 720.000/Month/Child

I) Tuition Fee Package: Includes:

i) Tuition Fee (Bilingual Class)
 The child will be able to learn English daily, learning English with native Speakers with a college degree in teaching, and following the enhanced teaching method of British Council.
 Other extra curricular classes like: Arts, organ, Dance, Drawing, Home Economics, ….

ii) Field Trips: once every 2 months, the school is conducting fieldtrips for the children (Ex: Swimming, water puppet show and others,…)

iii) Food Fee: 5 times / day (3 meals + 2 snacks+ 1 milk

II) Reservation Fee and Tuition Fee that has been Paid:

Reservation is applicable to new students in preparation for admission in the school. This fee is being paid first if parents acknowledge an advance reservation. The reservation must be confirmed within 10 days before the date of payment, payments are not valid after the given due dates. The school will not refund registration fee in any case when the child will not attend school.

School Tuition Fee:
For admission of new students: If the child does not go to school on a given date (from the date of admission written in the ADMISSION FORM APPOINTMENT from the school), Parents should inform the school and fill up forms and file them to the office to be able to retain the tuition fee.

Payments can be reserved only for (2) two months, tuition fee will not be valid after the expiration of a given due date. The school will not refund any said payments in any case if the child does not attend school.
 

For enrolled students: Tuition fees in cases where children do not attend school during a month, parents should inform the school beforehand and fill up forms and file them to the office to retain the tuition fee. The school will not refund any said payments in any case if the child does not attend school.

III) Other Fees:

Other Services Offered:

Saturday Fee (From 08h00 – 15h00) : 150.000đ / day

Additional Meal Fee aside from the 03 meals (Breakfast – Lunch – Snack) : 600.000đ / month

Arrival time of the children is from 07:20 – 08:00 (After 8:20, Parents are requested to bring their children to their respective classes), Pick up time is from 16:00 – 17:00, Parents who pick up their children after 17:15 (until twilight 18:15), The school will require an additional fee amounting to 30.000 vnđ / hr.

School Shuttle Buses: Parents should register their children whether they intend to go one-way or two-way and on the other hand, depending on how many kilometers of travel, the school will charge separately.

IV) School Policy for Siblings: The policy for families who have more than one child in the school. If 02 children attend in the same school they are entitled with a discount of 500.000đ/ month/ from the total tuition fee of both children (One child has 250.000đ discount)

iii) Parents are responsible in paying the full fee prior to enrollment.

VI) Regulation of Payment for overdue fees: (Parents are requested to review the Rule and Regulations of Tiny Flower)

Parents are requested to please settle their accounts from the 1st to the 05th day of the month.

If at the 05th of every month parents cannot settle their accounts, the school will add an additional 5% amount in the total tuition fee of the child.

VII) Unsettled Accounts:
In cases where parents are unable settle their accounts for a month; the school can no longer accept the child to go to school the following month.

VIII) Withdrawal and Refunds:

In case of absences, parents are requested to inform the school at least 15 day before the child is absent. The school will not return any records in case the child quits from school.

The school will not reimburse any paid tuition fee during absences; only food fees are reimbursable (30.000đ/day) to parents during the month the child is absent.
